•  Minimum 2 directors for the incorporation of Section 8 company as a private limited company
•  Minimum 3 directors for registration of Section 8 company as a public limited company
• At least one director should be the resident of India
• Registered office address
•  Passport (in case of foreign nationals / NRI)
• The objective of the company should be for a charitable or social purpose only
• The profit earned cannot be shared among shareholders
