- Audited financial statements
- EPR Plan:
- Detailed plan outlining how the producer will manage the end-of-life of their products
- Collection and recycling mechanisms.
- Agreements:
- Agreements with authorized collection centers or recyclers.
- Compliance Report:
- Documents indicating compliance with E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 or Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.
- Authorization or NOC from State Pollution Control Board:
- Authorization or No Objection Certificate from the State Pollution Control Board.
- Any Other Documents as Required by the Regulator:

For CPCB Registration:
- Application Form:

- Description of the industrial activity.

- Copy of the Consent to Establish or Consent to Operate issued by the State Pollution Control Board.
